Our emergency food preserves consist of long term storage freeze dried food and pantry canned and boxed goods that are rotated frequently.
A 55 gallon treated water tank is cycled every 6 months to retain freshness in addition to a 75 gallon hot water tank that can be isolated in a natural disaster providing plenty of fresh water until emergency services arrive.
The home has been updated with a new 200amp panel with exterior disconnect as required by the new fire code and a dedicated natural gas line for generator to supply power during outages.
Every room has emergency flashlights that automatically turn on during a power outage for safety. Our Exit sign meets NFPA Life Safety Code 101 and OSHA requirements and is visible from 50ft in the dark.
